Andrew is an accomplished finance leader with broad international experience across education, industry, and the public sector. He joined SRUC in January 2023 as Head of Finance Business Partnering and Strategic Planning, before being appointed Chief Financial Officer in January 2024.
A qualified accountant (ACMA, CGMA), Andrew brings over 25 years of senior financial leadership experience, including strategic planning, performance improvement, commercial development, and digital transformation. Prior to joining SRUC, he led finance functions in both public and private sector organisations, including regional leadership roles for multinational companies while living and working in Singapore and China.
He has delivered large-scale change programmes, strengthened financial control and governance, and supported commercial growth across a range of complex organisations. Andrew is committed to embedding financial insight, commercial thinking, and long-term sustainability at the heart of SRUC’s strategy.
