I am an Interdisciplinary Researcher based at the Dairy Research Centre in Dumfries and Galloway. My skills sit in Environmental Science (LCA & Carbon Footprinting), Statistics and Data Analysis with a focus on Dairy Production Systems. My days vary and can range from analysing data to managing project audits and farm Open Days. I’ve worked on multiple UK & EU research projects, for example assessing indicators of dairy system financial and environmental performance to evaluating reasons behind milk waste in primary production in Scotland. I have a BSc (hons) Mathematics, Statistics and Environmental Science, a Masters in Carbon Management & a PhD in Environmental Sciences. In my spare time I produce and manage areas for children at festivals and events.
