Further education fees for Scottish students
If you are registered as a Scottish student for fee purposes and studying full-time, your further education fees will be £1,008 per year.
Exceptions to this are:
- City & Guilds Forgework = £700
- City & Guilds Level 2 Veterinary Care Assistant (online) = £1,500
- Level 3 Veterinary Nursing (block release) = £1,600 (years 1 & 2), £900 (year 3)
- Level 3 Veterinary Nursing (modern apprenticeship) = £1,110 (year 1)*
- Veterinary Terminology (distance learning) = £250
- PDA Animal Science and Communication (distance learning) = £260
- SVQ = £1,620 (per qualification)
- Principles of Animal Care (distance learning) = £100 (per module)
*Employers of Veterinary Nursing Modern Apprenticeship candidates will have to pay a £1,110 registration fee to cover enrolment and other external fees

Further education fees for RUK students
Students from England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man are known as Rest of UK (RUK) students.
If you are registered as an RUK student for fee purposes and are studying full-time, your further education fees will be £6,750 per year.
Exceptions to this are:
- City & Guilds Forgework = £4,500
- City & Guilds Level 2 Veterinary Care Assistant (online) = £1,500
- Level 3 Veterinary Nursing (block release) = £7,000 (years 1 & 2), £4,000 (year 3)
- Level 3 Veterinary Nursing (modern apprenticeship) = £1,110 (year 1)*
- Veterinary Terminology (distance learning) = £500
- PDA Animal Science and Communication (distance learning) = £500
- Principles of Animal Care (distance learning) = £100 (per module)

- Veterinary Terminology (distance learning) = £500
- PDA Animal Science and Communication (distance learning) = £500
- Principles of Animal Care (per module; distance learning) = £100
- NC Greenkeeping (Silver Lakes) = £750
If you are registered as an international student for fee purposes and studying part-time or per module, your further education fees will be pro-rata at the above full-time rates.**
