The Job:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Agriculture Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of projects across daffodil flowers, bulbs, and potatoes. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of agricultural innovation, collaborating with growers, researchers, industry partners, and funding bodies.
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering multiple projects, including field trials, R&D initiatives, and commercial development activities. Your work will help drive sustainable practices and innovative products within the horticultural and agricultural sectors.

The Company:
Grampian Growers is a farmer-owned co-operative based on the North East coast of Scotland. Our core activities are daffodil flower and bulb production and marketing, alongside seed and ware potato production and marketing. We currently have 11 daffodil members and an additional 15 potato members. As a leading exporter of our products, we combine specialist expertise to service foreign markets while maintaining strong links with numerous domestic customers across the UK.
The Candidate:
- A keen interest in project management within agriculture, horticulture, or related fields.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- A good understanding of crop production systems and seasonal operations.
- Familiarity with reporting processes and managing budgets.
Desirable
- Experience working on funded innovation projects.
- Confident using digital tools for website updates, social media, and project documentation.
