The Job:
The successful candidate will support the Tarras Valley Nature Reserve team and gain a wide variety of experience in all aspects of running a nature reserve and a development trust - workload will be varied but could include working on regenerative agriculture, woodland and land management, working with schools and volunteers, housing management and development and more.

The Company:
Langholm Initiative is an award winning charity and development trust, active for the last 30 years. We have recently been successful in raising over £6 million to purchase 10,500 of land from Buccleuch to develop the Tarras Valley Nature Reserve.
The Candidate:
This role is targeted at a young person who is looking at their first full-time role. They will have a degree or other post-school qualification in a relevant subject area. However, just as important as their qualifications is their interest and attitude and commitment to the work of the Langholm Initiative.
The Package:
- 5.5% pension scheme.
