The Job:
This is an exciting time to join SSEN Transmission. With a pipeline of high profile Accelerated Strategic Transmission Investment (ASTI) projects set to transform the energy landscape in the coming years, we are looking for Land Managers and Senior Land Managers to help secure the land rights needed for these vital developments. From 400kV overhead lines and underground cables to substations, your work will play a crucial role in delivering the UK government’s 2030 net zero targets. This role is similar to that of a land agent, where you will collaborate with multi-disciplinary project teams from the early design stages through to construction. You will engage with a variety of stakeholders to ensure land and property rights are secured and managed effectively, balancing the needs of landowners and project objectives.
