The Job:
We are looking to recruit a Seasonal Vegetable Gardener with practical experience of growing vegetables and a thorough understanding of cultivating plants, from seeding to harvesting, as you will be involved in growing produce to exceptionally high-quality for our busy restaurant.

The Candidate:
- This position involves working in all aspects of crop production including weeding, planting, propagation, the meticulous and precise harvesting and processing of crops for the kitchen, digging, wheelbarrow work and crop maintenance. This is a physically demanding job with outdoor practical skills involved, working in all weather conditions, requires stamina, strength and focus throughout the busy season.
- You must have the ability to complete all tasks in a thorough, meticulous and time efficient manner. Excellent communication and observational skills. Consistency and an eye for detail with a desire to achieve high standards throughout. You must be committed, an honest time-keeper and be trustworthy, with a common-sense approach.
- The site is at a quiet, rural location - own transport/accommodation is essential.
The Package:
- Contract: Seasonal position from May 2025 – October 2025
- Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week, however this will vary due to the seasonal demands with early morning starts and late finishes. Flexibility for weekend work will be necessary.
